April 16th Zhangjiajie day off

Today is our 1st day off since the departure. We are in Zhangjiajie which is very famous for the scenic mountains. Local breakfast in our Vide Hotel, camel back on the back, camera charged, we are ready to shoot pictures all day.

The main entrance is at 35KM from our hotel so we decided to use Nicolas `s bike. When he turned on the key and start the engine : CLAC, CLAC, CLAC....Shiiit, the starter is dead...Fortunately we managed to start the bike by pushing the bike (which will be my main job for the next coming days :(  

We found the Local biker mafia and soon we made new bikers friends again ( i told you we are lucky these days). After opening the starter with the laoban, and take a picture of the broken piece, we start to looking for a spare part. But his 2004 Kawasaki is pretty rare in China but we managed to find the part in Zhejiang, so we decided to keep moving forward and ask the laban to ship us the part later on our way somewhere. 

Despite the mechanical issue of this morning, we had lots of fun, walk, run in the huge scenic area.

Tomorrow morning, we will stop by the local biker garage, pay the spare part and gazzzz.
