April 12th - Welcome to Shanghai again

9.00am Hilton Jingan gathering departure. Nicolas arrived a little bit late…Yeah Jingan police stopped him (we forgot to tell you, we do not have Shanghai plates which does not allow us to drive in the down town) on his way to Hilton and after negociation, he only lost 3 points. Thats`s how started our 1st day...

After a quick breakfast with the brave friends who woke up early on this sunday ( thanks to all of them), we were on the road...

Of course with a bikers parade (Lance, Mark, Thierry) we head to the Shanghai borders and take a last picture and obviously it will not be a Welcome to SH again for me and Nicolas. 

The roads were very smooth until Anji where we had a quick lunch. On the way to Ningguo, we had to do a little bit of off road but we realize the way was too bad for our road bikes :(, so we have to make extra detour.

Rain started and we had to stop to Jiangde, we cannot see anything with the night coming…Safety first !
